      1. Because of what won't be there.

      2. Because of who and what will be there. - Revelation 21:3, 9, 23; 22:1-2

      3. Because it is eternal - Revelation 22:5

      4. Because it can be yours - Revelation 22:17

3. HOW CAN I GO THERE?
   1. Everyone May Go To Heaven

   2. Not Everyone Will Go
      Revelation 20:15; 21:8; Matthew 7:13-14

   3. Do You Want To Go?
      Revelation 22:17

   4. How To Go:
      1. Realize that you are a sinner - Romans 3:10, 23

      2. Recognize Jesus as your only Hope - Romans 5:8; 6:23

      3. Repent of your sins and recieve Him as your Savior - Romans 10:9-10,13; John 1:12

      4. Rejoice in your new found assurance and joy - 2 Corinthians 5:17; 1 John 5:13
